Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your e-mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just choose the email mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
